Interview with Andrey Mironov, Commercial Director of JML.

In order to effectively address today's problems and adequately assess prospects and forecasts, it is important to analyze past events, crises and their consequences, and implement solutions that work effectively.

Jam Modern Logistic has a great experience in the sphere of foreign economic activity. Since 2016, we have been working with non-resident companies: these are both clients and service providers. Working with them has a number of peculiarities and must meet the requirements set by the state.

2022 has been a difficult year, a very difficult year. And I think we're not the only ones. But we have survived. Moreover, the JML team and I are ending the year without any major losses.

According to the December tradition, I would like to look back at the year of 2022. And not so much to summarize the results as to highlight the most important reference points that this year brought to our company.

During my time at JML, our team managed to almost completely automate management accounting in the company. I would like to tell you more about this experience and its results.

Stoicism as a philosophy, intellectual movement and practice is relevant and applicable today in many spheres of life. Its influence is noticeable in everything, starting from the personal life of an individual (his psychological, emotional, intellectual state) and continuing with all kinds of interaction with other people, businesses, states and, in general, with humanity. Moreover, this approach is also maximally effective, especially in the modern world, which is constantly rocking on the waves of instability. It is not for nothing that Stoicism is called “the philosophy of difficult times”.

Crises make us tough. JML has experienced professionals, some of whom have been in the logistics business for 30 years. We have overcome many crises, both together and individually. Therefore, we already have a certain philosophical attitude to the circumstances, as well as developed schemes of action for different situations

In highly competitive industries businesses are constantly looking for new ways to increase their value and productivity. Therefore, more and more entrepreneurs are looking for new ways to improve their business. Of course, this only applies to companies with a long-term strategy for staying in the market.

The principle of “one-stop-shop” in our sphere is that the client solves all his logistical issues through one company. Our employees are competent in various types of cargo transportation: from delivery and storage of a small box to moving large oversized equipment.
