Shipping with JML is transparent

The whole work process is divided into 6 understandable steps:

1. You write to logistic@jm-logistic.com and already in half an hour you get a calculation. If the request is non-standard, we will come back with an answer a little later.
2. We conclude an agreement, if there isn't one already. The form of agreement can be yours or ours.
3. Discuss how we will collect your order: by container, wagon, gondola, platform, truck, trawl or light truck.
4. we draw up transportation documents and come to you with them to pick up your order. Or we accept the cargo at the loading station.
5. We deliver the cargo to your recipient. We work quickly due to our own transportation and extensive branch network in Russia and worldwide. All along the way, you will know exactly where your shipment is. A letter with information about movements will be sent to your e-mail every day. And if you need more operational data, you can always ask your manager.
6. When the shipment is delivered to the customer, you will receive the entire set of closing documents - on paper or in the electronic document management system.
